Modern Psychiatry and Wellness treats various substance addictions including prescription, illicit opioids, alcohol, stimulants, marijuana, and others. At Modern Psychiatry and Wellness, we specialize in treating addiction and associated mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.
What is a psychiatrist?
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor with specialized training in diagnosing and treating emotional problems and mental illness.
What Insurance Do You Accept?
For your convenience, we accept most types of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, individual, and commercial plans. Please contact us for specific coverage questions.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Modern Psychiatry and Wellness serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. Please contact us to learn more about care assistance.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! We are available for walk-in appointments to get started Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM in our Hamilton and West Chester locations.
Is my information confidential?
Yes! Your privacy is important to us and your treatment is confidential at our offices. We follow all federal HIPAA guidelines and all communication must be approved by you with written consent.
Is medication required for mental health treatment?
While medications play a key role in recovery, they are not the only option in mental healthcare. Each person is different and is impacted differently, so Modern Psychiatry and Wellness takes the time to identify the right treatment plan for them.
How is Modern Psychiatry and Wellness different from other programs?
At Modern Psychiatry and Wellness, we focus on treating the whole person instead of focusing on a key issue. Our staff will work with the patient to treat the addiction or mental health disorders by focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health and promoting long-term strategies for recovery. We offer various programs and strive to provide the highest quality of care for all of our patients.
